Baby Names Game
Okay finding a baby name is really fun, sometimes stressful though, especially if you plan on having one sex and it ends up being another. A friend and I were discussing that very thing today, she asked me, “What would you have named him, had he been a girl?” Ummm, to be honest, we didn’t plan any other name. What would you have done?
If your last child had not been the sex they are, did you have another name? Lets hear them here.

I did have both a boy’s and girl’s name picked out (we didn’t know the sex). We were never really sure about the boys names though…it was okay though because we have two girls.

We didn’t have a boys name when we had our girl and didn’t have a girl’s name when we had a boy. I guess we would have decided on one after.

I always like to think of baby names, even when not pregnant, so I think that we’d be alright (even if the poor little bundle of joy had to go without a name for a day while we figured it out).

We discussed names before the ultrasound. All we could agree on was girl names. When we found out we were having a boy I was so frustrated. Finally I gave in to my husbands name. Now I’m so glad I did because I couldn’t imagine him with any other name.

We own this immense baby name book and both times we were pregnant we listed down a few names for both sexes. From there we figured out that when our baby was born, we would see what name fit him/her the best. It worked for us.

My husband had the name Aiden picked out if it was a boy. I knew we were having a girl but I remember at the last second I thought I should had a boy name just in case, but they were both girls

After having a miscarriage, we picked out a boy name and a girl name for our future child as we were trying to conceive–it helped me through the grief of the loss. We had a girl but if she’d been a boy, his name would have been Carter.

With our last one just born in July, we were definite about the boy name. But had it been a girl, my husband already had Kora picked out.

We went back and forth so many times on names, I think we had settled on Miara if it had been a girl, but now I don’t even know if that name would make the list!

My son is named JayBerry after the boy in Summer of The Monkeys book! If he would have been a girl, he would have been Callie Beth

I had a dream shortly before my son Jonas was born that I had a girl baby that I delivered at the same time. His “twin” in the dream was named Eden.
