DCF Takes Newborn from Homeless Family
Earlier this week CBS10 did a segment on a homeless shelter and how one homeless family was seeing a spot of light at the end of a dark tunnel since they’d recently had a new addition to their family. While the segment showed that this newborn was indeed loved by many in the shelter and was obviously being fed.
A few hours after the segment aired DCF (Department of Children and Family) came to the homeless shelter and within 25 minutes had taken baby Mariana into their custody and left. The couple have been torn apart by this and are now going to try to take DCF to court to get their newborn back.
