Oh no!

Life is not a book. Finding an adult babysitter is not easy.
How’s this for a stressful way to start the weekend:
Our babysitter just fired my baby.
True, the baby did cry all day.
True, I was searching for another care option.
True, I was worried about the baby all day and I thought it might be too big a change for her.
Still, I have two weeks left with my current class and I don’t want to let them down either. No notice, no alternative in sight, no fun.

Kerri- I wish they’d get moving on the transporter from Star Trek too.
Or, I wish I knew some local SAHM who could use the money.

I’m so sorry! Wish I were there, I’d help out. Is there anyone where you’re teaching who would be interested?

Child care stresses are awful. Maybe you could find someone through your school (if you are teaching at a school)? I’m afraid my au pair is going to quit soon too.
