Surprising Time-Saving Tip
On a few occassions I have had to wait a long time to see doctors. Sometimes, for an hour and a half to two hours past my appointment time. Being always short on time, it has made me dread going to the doctor’s office. Yesterday, I couldn’t put it off any longer. I needed to have a blood test ordered to monitor an on-going condition and a prescription renewal. So, after work I picked up my own children at their respective day care arrangements and a friend’s daughter from her’s. All three of them accompanied me to the doctor.
A rather lovely thing happens when you fill a sedate waiting room with lively children. I was in and out of the office in less than ten minutes! I amy never visit the doctor alone again.
