Update on Chico’s Garden Baby
I have an update on the baby that was found in Chico, California in a garden. While the baby is doing fine the story itself is pretty sad. Apparently it sounds like the mother was dealing with postpartum of some type, that or she was just deeply disturbed.
When the police were notified where the mother possibly was they went to the house, but she’d barricaded the door to the bathroom where she was. Earlier in the day she stopped by and told her husband to watch the news so he’d know where there baby was, after that things went downhill.
Police were able to get her out but she is currently under close watch at Feather River Hospital and being evaluated.
