Whine, Whine, Whine
I promise to stop whining tomorrow.
I think my sinuses are infected as a result of the flu. It’s been over ten days and it feels like someone is sticking a knitting needle into my face.
It’s not fun, but I am getting more rest than I would if I were at home and faced with my life in all three dimensions.
This has happened to me before. I work all year for this time at home and then, as soon as I arrive it often feels like I hand my baby to my mother, brother or sister and then find myself sick. Has anyone else had this experience?

People who are susceptible to migraines often get them on the weekends. The adrenaline one needs to get through the workweek keeps them at bay until the moment they relax. I expect that’s true of other illnesses, as well.

Rat- I am sure adrenaline has something to do with it. Scheduled breakdowns are my specialty.
