You Know it’s Time to Shower When…
It just struck me that motherhood has made me more environmentally-friendly. Imagine, I used to have a warm shower every single morning. Ignoring the perfection of that experience, it was a waste of water and energy.
As I sit here to announce the vote results for what to get my mother for Mothers’ Day (mosquito nets it is), the smell of spit up milk surrounds me, tickling the back of my throat in the most unpleasant way. Since the baby is in the other room, it’s obviously time to take a shower. And to wash my poor abused and over-used bathrobe. Hopefully, I can also manage time to comb my hair.
